| Sandeep Duggal, Chief Executive Officer |
 |
Sandeep Duggal has served as the CEO of Extron since 2000. As CEO, he is responsible for setting and executing company strategy, business development and overall company performance.
Prior to joining Extron, Mr.Duggal held various operations and materials management positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. He also worked in marketing at Intel Corp in Hillsboro, OR and as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company in Cambridge, MA.
Mr.Duggal holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management from Stanford University and a MBA (with distinction) from The Harvard Business School, Harvard University. |

| Curt Cooper, Vice President of Strategic Programs |

Curt Cooper brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to Extron with a long track record of success within the EMS industry. His success in manufacturing comes from his broad base of experience, where he has held Vice President and Director level positions in Manufacturing, Program Management, Business Development and Operations.
Mr. Cooper’s successes include the design and ramp of two high volume board assembly through box build facilities; growing a customer base by a factor of 5; reducing direct labor force through improved production planning; securing $150 million in new business; improving utilization through the implementation of KanBan, JIT, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
Curt has been instrumental to the success of companies such as Comptronix, Pragmatech, NatSteel and Sanmina. |

| Kien Nguyen, Vice President of Customer Integration |

Kien Nguyen is the Vice President of Customer Integration at Extron and is responsible for integrating new customers into the operations of the company.
Mr. Nguyen has an extensive background in printed circuit board assembly and ERP software. He has been with Extron since 1983, first as an electronics technician, then as production manager, warehouse manager and PCB Assembly Manager. Prior to Extron, Mr. Nguyen worked as an electronics technician at Larse Corp in Santa Clara, CA for five years. |

| Linda St Claire, Corporate Controller |

Linda St Claire has held the position of Controller since 2007. As Controller, Ms. St Claire’s responsibilities include all aspects of finance and accounting.
She has twenty years of management experience more recently serving as Corporate Controller for Zyrel, Inc., a Multi-National contract manufacturer. In the past Ms. St Claire’s titles have included Director of Financial Services for Curnon Management, Inc. (formerly Kismetics Enterprises, Inc.) and Chief Financial Officer for Peripheral Computer Support, Inc. She also held the Corporate Controller position with Visioneer, Inc./Primax Electronics, Ltd. and Financial Controller for SCM Microsystems, Inc.
Ms. St Claire received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics with a minor in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. |

| Dinesh Chatkara, Sr. Director of Quality and Operations |

Dinesh Chatkara is the Extron Executive responsible for Operations and Quality. He is an experienced executive with a proven track record in high-tech businesses. During the last 15 years, he has held executive positions in both Fortune 500 companies, as well as Venture Funded start-ups. Mr. Chatkara’s previous companies include Tandem/Compaq, MarketFusion, The Booton Group, STEP Communications and TS3 Technology. While with these companies his focus has been on Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Test.
Mr. Chatkara’s continued success is the result of a unique mixture of experience in global outsourcing and supplier management of CM’s and diverse commodities including PCBA’s, machined parts, sheet metal stamping and injection molding.
Mr. Chatkara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration on Electronics and Computer Technology from California State University, Chico. |

| James Kohnke , Vice President, Customer Operations |

Mr. Kohnke comes to Extron with 20 years experience working in a variety of senior finance and operations roles moving companies to their next level of development. His experience ranges from small, privately held businesses to Fortune 500 companies and includes the manufacturing and services sectors.
Most recently, James was the V.P. of Corporate Services/COO of ConXtech, Inc., a company with patented construction technology utilizing robotically controlled fabrication methods for steel moment frame construction. Prior to that, Mr. Kohnke was the National Finance Leader and National Builder Operations Leader for a services division of Owens Corning (OC). He helped the division grow from a $12M acquisition to a $100M run rate and expand from 8 locations to 24 in 4 years. Additionally, Mr. Kohnke's experience includes management consulting involving M&A advisory, profit and productivity improvements, information systems design and business planning. He assisted numerous clients in revenue management techniques that frequently doubled EBITDA and enterprise value upon sale.
The ability to quickly master technical matters and incorporate business acumen to effectively communicate with a broad audience makes Mr. Kohnke a particularly effective leader of multidisciplinary teams and is a welcome addition to the Extron team.
Mr. Kohnke was awarded a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
